[Share] Creating a Sixpack Abs
In this entry, I want to share to you guys about my knowledge that i get from my friend on how to build six pack abs.
I assume that you know what six pack is and I will tell you steps on getting six pack
Having six pack is nice especially for men, but it need hard work and discipline otherwise it couldn't be reached.
On getting six pack, there are 2 steps that you have to do (only 2???)
First one : gain Abdominal Muscle
Second : Lose Fat (Not weight)
Hell yeah, it is that simple (but it is not easy, trust me).
Lets start with the first step : Gain Abdominal Muscle
there is no other ways to gain abdominal muscle except by doing workout
this are 2 exercise on to bulk your abdominal muscle:
- Crunches / Sit up
- Hanging Leg raise
Do this 20 x 4 each exercise everyday
Note: put some weight if you feel that this exercise is to light for you.
The second one : Lose Fat
remember, losing fat is pretty much different with losing weight.
there are 2 ways to lose fat:
1. Healthy Diet to prevent extra calories into fat
2. Cardiovascular exercise to cut fat
1. Diet
Many people have wrong thinking about this term. Otherwise, on cutting fat we have to eat 4-5 times a day, with small portion on each meal, because it will enhance our metabolism, but, if we want to have six pack abs, we need to take care of what we eat, in this case, we want to reduce some fat, so that means we need to take extra protein, and reduce carbohydrate and fat.
2. Cardiovascular exercise
Cardiovascular exercise is an exercise that pump your heart rate below normal, it could be any sport, like running, jump rope, dancing, etc. Do cardiovascular exercise 3-4 times a week for one hour each, and the best time to do cardiovascular is after you wake up in the morning with empty stomach, because it will burn your fat faster, although you could do that in the afternoon or at evening, its better than nothing.
4 months and see the result :)
